Well, I'm almost 2 months into my 1001 days. I have made some progress...here's an update:
9. Visit Chicago 2 times per year. I went once - on June 28 with Bonnie Birkey
11. Visit the McCollisters. Not only have I visited them, I am currently living with them!
19. Read 30 new books. I have read 7 new books this summer.
30. Watch 26 new movies - starting with each letter of the alphabet. I have watched a movie for A, B, and S. (Argo, Blindside, and Skyfall)
39. Buy a car and pay it off in full before the 1001 days are over. I bought the car June 20. Now to start paying on it...
47. Take a photo of myself once each month during the 1001 days. I have taken one in May, June, and July so far!
52. Send 101 handwritten notes (NOT thank you cards for LCC gifts). I have sent 4 so far. (And a bunch of Thank You cards, but those don't count!)
53. Send a card to everyone in my family on their birthday. So far, so good. Haven't missed one yet and have the one for July set to go next week!
68. Finish my LCC blog. I am working on it...
79. Write in my journal 15 times. I have done it once so far.
90. Get a pedicure. Did it...and I think I'll do it again!
96. Try 101 new recipes. I have made 3 so far.
